I hope that all of you have received your Coupon Books. If not, please contact the Managing Agent as soon as possible. Please also note that there may have been some confusion about the Maintenance Standards that were sent with the Coupon Books. This is not a draft; these Standards were passed by the Board in September, 2014, and are in full force and effect, are part of the Condominium Rules and are fully enforceable as such. I apologize if there was any misunderstanding. Please note that having these Standards helps us with the cost of insurance.
